@stillgray @ezralevant @latimes The reason satire about CNN proposing censorship of Twitter could so easily be construed as reality is because that is the prevailing sentiment of the media! Satire is reveals a deeper truth.

Try Grok voice conversation in unhinged mode 🤣🤣 Major upgrades are underway for Grok voice, so expect improvements almost every day. [@Scobleizer] Just got Grok voice. Unhinged is BRUTAL. So entertaining on our walk. Told my son I am awful parent. Among many other things. Hey @Signalman23 it was just like talking to your AI. Feature request? Cool [@testerlabor] Do you know why I prefer Grok over Google? Grok search gives me real-time data from X and from the web. Grok gives me instant fact-checking and integrates reasoning to deliver more contextual, uncensored, and multifaceted results.

@raaahulpandey Great question. Twitter will suspend the account attempting impersonation and keep the money! So if scammers want to do this a million times, that’s just a whole bunch of free money. https://t.co/QUrxqb59I0

Indeed, the goal was to democratize verification, rather than have it be controlled by a group of biased elites! [@TimSweeneyEpic] @tomwarren Very strange. After prior Twitter leadership treated verification as a perk nominally reserved for “the elite” by but in practice handed out by Twitter employees to friends and cronies, Elon opened it up to everyone for a reasonable price. This was a good thing.

@neontaster Agreed, a high priority software update for Twitter is showing the reason for account suspension or deboosting. Rules should be equally & consistently applied.

@TwitterSafety This is a critical distinction. It’s obviously trivial for a single person to create 10k bot accounts on one computer, each of which is tweeting slurs that are written to avoid text string detection. What matters is whether those tweets are actually shown to real users.
