@PeterSweden7 Then the battery packs of the busses are too small. Teslas can operate well even above the Arctic Circle. Also, busses will not be needed when Tesla rolls out unsupervised full self-driving, as they will take people point to point for a similar cost to a bus ticket.

There were no conditions of acquisition proposed whatsoever. He refused to meet. Tesla was worth about 6% of today’s value.

@Yuchenj_UW Andrej’s understanding is dated at this point. Tesla AI software has advanced vastly beyond what it was when he left. The intelligence density per GB of Tesla AI is at least an order of magnitude better than anything else out there.

@IIHS_autosafety Top Safety Pick+ from IIHS! That’s the highest overall rating, but we think we can get max score for all subcategories/individual tests too. Retesting in a month or so with improved software. The improved software will then be uploaded to all cars with FSD computers.

@JT_Richards @MMelinot @chuckyyyd This is incorrect. Vast majority of vehicle motion is returned to the battery, as the electric motors act like a generator in reverse. Brake pads on a Tesla literally never need to be replaced for lifetime of the car.
