Weird that people still buy gas cars when so many good electric options (beyond Tesla) are available

@Teslarati Tesla is open to licensing software and supplying powertrains & batteries. We’re just trying to accelerate sustainable energy, not crush competitors!

@MuskUniversity This is the fundamental reason why Tesla was the first new American car company to reach sustained positive cash flow since Chrysler ~100 years ago. The product has to be compelling enough to overcome a fundamental cost disadvantage.

Worth mentioning that switching to ultra hard, cold-rolled stainless steel for Starship is what led me to make Cybertruck out of it too

@Tesla In close traffic, poisonous gas spewing from the car in front of you goes straight into your AC intake. Good thing gas/diesel carmakers didn’t cheat on their emissions or we’d be in real trouble 😅

@MadeInTheUSANJ I support free speech, but not any one candidate. In fact, I gave money to & voted for Hillary & then voted for Biden. However, given unprovoked attacks by leading Democrats against me & a very cold shoulder to Tesla & SpaceX, I intend to vote Republican in November.

@Teslaconomics @boringcompany The real reason for the “high speed rail” is money-laundering to bureaucrats, consultants & unions, not actually transport. That is where the billions spent so far have gone. That is why they don’t want an actually cost-efficient high speed transport system.
