Companies are flooding out of Delaware, because the activist chief judge of the Delaware court has no respect for shareholder rights [@MarioNawfal] 🚨BILL ACKMAN MOVES HIS FIRM FROM DELAWARE TO NEVADA Ackman said top law firms are now recommending Nevada and Texas over Delaware as incorporation hubs. This shift follows a trend set by Elon, who recently moved Tesla, SpaceX, and Neuralink’s incorporation out of Delaware.… )

Restoring broken neural pathways [@neuralink] What is neuron degeneration? Skyler, a machine learning engineer at Neuralink, shares how brain-computer interfaces could bypass neural pathways that are broken due to ALS, helping restore the ability to speak to those who have lost it.

@iamharaldur Those are the right questions to ask. They have been troubling me for many years. Neuralink was created as a possible long-term solution to human+AI symbiosis.

@jordanbpeterson Compared to AI, progress with Neuralink will be slow and easy to assess, as there is large regulatory apparatus approving medical devices. There is no regulatory oversight of AI, which is a *major* problem. I’ve been calling for AI safety regulation for over a decade!

You can sense the sentience maturing [@DrJimFan] I was very late to own a Tesla but among the earliest to try out FSD v14. It's perhaps the first time I experience an AI that passes the Physical Turing Test: after a long day at work, you press a button, lay back, and couldn't tell if a neural net or a human drove you home.… https://x.com/i/web/status/2003593613918531891

Neuralink will start high-volume production of brain-computer interface devices and move to a streamlined, almost entirely automated surgical procedure in 2026. Device threads will go through the dura, without the need to remove it. This is a big deal.
